It's the single largest fund-raiser for the BHS Music Program and the Play-a-thon relies on parent volunteers to step up and step in. Every family should volunteer for something.

Here's a list of things you can help with and the number of parent volunteers we need in parentheses:

  • Help Setup - 8AM bring truck or minivan (6)
  • Help Setup - 8AM no vehicles needed (12)
  • Bring Bridge Tables (7)
  • Bring Baked Goods for the Bake Sale (30)
  • Bake Sale Wrapping (5)
  • Report to the Train Station and wrap home-made baked goods as they are delivered
  • Build a Uniform/gown "Fund-a-Need" Display
  • Staff the bake Sale Booth at various times all day (40)
  • Manage Raffle Ticket Sales at David's Tea at various times all day (30)
  • Help with student lunch - Setup and serve at 11am (6)
  • Bring large Ice Chest - empty (6)
  • Go get ice in a monstrous Ice Chest - filled with Mollie Stones free ice
  • Cleanup - 4pm, bring truck or minivan (6)
  • Report to the Train Station
  • Cleanup - 4pm, no vehicle needed (6)
  • Bring "Radio Flyer" style wagon (2)
