Choral Program

If you love to sing, BHS Choir is the place for you!

BHS has several different ways in which you can become involved in Choir.

• Concert Choir is offered as an elective class at BHS and is available to all students, no audition necessary.

• Chamber Singers is made up of select, auditioned students from both all high schools in the San Mateo Unified High School Distrrict and rehearses after the regular school day. Chamber Singers requires concurrent enrollment in Concert Choir or other BHS music class.

The Choral Program at BHS is directed by BHS Music Director Kyoto Yamamoto (KYamamoto@smuhsd.org).

Auditions for the district-wide Chambers Singers occurs in the Spring of the previous school year. Please contact Shawn Reifschneider at sreifschneider@smuhsd.org for more information.
